Switzerland Visa Requirement

Requirements

  • Original new passport with a minimum validity of 6 months before departure, and the old passport. The new passport must be signed in the signature box on the last page. If a signature box is not present, a signature must be added on an endorsement page by the issuing immigration office.

  • Two (2) photos, size 3.5 x 4.5 cm, with a white background and the face taking up 70% of the image.

  • Proof of a return ticket reservation, a Travel Itinerary, and hotel bookings.

  • Proof of finances for the last 3 months (bank statements) that have been legalized by the bank, plus a Bank Reference Letter.

  • Original Sponsorship Letter from your current employer, on company letterhead with a company stamp. The letter must state your job title, length of employment, and monthly salary. It must also explain the purpose of the trip, the dates of travel (departure and return), and who will be covering the expenses. The letter cannot be signed by the applicant themselves.

  • Attach a copy of the SIUP NIB, KEMENHUMHAM/Deed of Establishment if you are being sponsored as a business owner or commissioner.

  • Travel insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 50,000 / EUR 30,000, which must include COVID-19 coverage.

  • Photocopy of ID Card (KTP), Family Card (KK), Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate (if married), and Name Change Certificate (if you have ever changed your name).

  • School/University Enrollment Letter in English.

Notes:

  • The estimated processing time is a minimum of 15 working days from the date of the biometric submission.

  • To book an appointment, an upfront payment of IDR 320,000 per person is required.

  • The visa’s validity will begin in accordance with the dates on the flight ticket provided.

  • Children under the age of 12 are not required to undergo biometrics.

  • If you cancel, the appointment fee that has been paid cannot be refunded.
